INTRODUCTION

Zedtronicshop.com is a website operated by zedtronic shop and this SHIPPING POLICY contains the details of the methods involved in delivery, the periods and the charges that are applied to the orders for the products made through our website.

The policy does not create the legally enforceable rights and the obligations infect it merely indicates the usual practices involved in the relation to the delivery of the products.

DELIVERY CHARGES

    Zedtronics shop  charges lowest shipping charge between Rs. 37 to Rs. 100 as per invoice for delivery depending upon the radius from the operating location.

For the nearby areas of Delhi, Delivery Charges will depend and can be increased as well if the areas of the delivery range beyond the limit from the operating location.

Delivery charges are only meant for the radius of the location from the operating zone and for the size of the order. Customer can place as small as or as big as order for the products, there is no limit applied for the variants of the size of the order. Weight also matter, only charges are applied for the location and for the orders above 2 kg will be charged accordingly (customer, will be contacted and information will be provided- customer will be requested to pay the additional amount through the medium of UPI).

LIMITATIONS- GEOGRAPHICA    

Zedtronic shop is currently operating in India. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE outside India. Still if there is an urgency, delivery can be provided on request- Customer is requested  to kindly make the cart, and then shoot an e-mail to support@zedtronicshop.com  or else call on +917839927404 to get an shipping estimate and confirmation as well whether the delivery is possible or not. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT BEFORE CONFIRMATION. Once the payment (before confirmation) is made neither ZEDTRONIC SHOP nor the PAYMENT GATEWWAY will be responsible for the refunds

DELIVERY PERIODS and METHODS

ZEDTRONIC SHOP calculates the delivery charges at the time of generating the invoices by the website and it will be automatically applied to the order placed before the checkout process.

        COD is strictly not available. Payment has to be made at the time of generating the order.

   All the orders placed after 11:00 AM are obvious to get delivered the next day   Any order placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next working day. This might change a bit depending on the circumstances based on the location or any local issue (particularly due to COVID).

DELIVERY TIME and TRACKING

        ZEDTRONIC SHOP provides the easy tracking of the Status. Once the order has been placed, product will delivered within 3 to 7 working days depend on geographical location ,customer is regularly being notified through the status till the order gets delivered.

Tracking of delivery is available(By mail and dashboard) in the concern of all the products which are ordered.
