Refund & Return

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days i.e 48h. If 2 days have passed since your order deliver , we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging also u can take video of opining of sealed package received.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Some items offer non return mark

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Original package is teared or dirty

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {Support@zedtronicshop.com}and we arrange return shipping for the item .

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, we provide Return shipping only when the items if they are defective or damaged

On other condition

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If I’m not satisfied with the product?
If you are not satisfied with the product you have to raise a claim within 24 hours. You (Customer) have to return the product in the original packing as you received from us (Zedtronicshop.com). A customer has to ship the product from their side within 48 hours from he/she received the product. In this case Shipping charges are non refundable.

If I received damaged product?
Don’t worry, our quality checking team checks the product assure the product quality before a delivery, in case if you have received an item in damaged condition you need to email us the images and Video of the damaged product within 24hrs to be eligible for transit insurance coverage. Please send pictures of the damaged product at support@zedtronicshop.com

What is Refund Process? If you want a voucher/Coupon, the same would be sent to you within 24 hours and you can use it to purchase another product on zedtronicshop.com. If you want the amount back, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). In the case of COD payments, the same will be refunded by cheque/wire transfer. Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in the case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

This policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.

Mobiles and Cameras: The packet seal must be intact. Once unsealed, the product cannot be returned unless for any manufacturing defect. In the case of Imported Unlocked handset, we will only be to provide a replacement warranty for 2 days against any manufacturing defects.

When you buy our products your purchase is covered by our under 2 Days Replacement Guarantee in case you receive a defective product or a product other than specified on the site. In the case of manufacturer warranty items the items come with a GST/VAT paid the bill and can be replaced at any service center across India. In the case of a seller warranty Products, you can refer the rules for the same on the specific product page.

Return the product through any courier service. All return shipping will be borne by the buyer The refund/replacement process will be initiated once we have received and verified the product(s). You would be called and our executive would ask you if you want a refund voucher or you want the amount back.

 

Shipping Charges and COD Charges are non refundable.
